Any graduate with min 2.5 to 4 yrs experience in recruitment with IT delivery set up
Efficient at handling volumes of hirings
Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, proficient with Canvas tool, intermediate proficiency in Excel
Attention to detail and maturity in interactions
Excellent communication skills- written, speaking and data Presentation
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Good at self organizing and planning work, speed to execution is key
Meticulous in data handling and reporting on metrics
o Source candidates through various channels.
o Pre- Screen candidates and shortlisting suitable profiles based on job description
o Coordinate with interview panel for slots and plan and coordination interviews with managers.
o Organize and lead interview debrief meetings with interview panel
o All recruiting activities must be tracked and recorded in Internal ATS
o Seek approval from HR to finalize offer compensation.
o Extend offers to candidates once designed to be hired.
o Negotiate offers with candidates as required.
o Manage candidates progression through all stages in ATS system up to the HRIS stage.
o Maintain weekly hiring trackers and metrics to be presented to Business stakeholders.
o Adhere to all meeting requests.
o Lead and participate in recruitment events (career fairs, weekend drives). May have to work extended hours as required to meet the recruitment demands.
o The onsite Recruiting support/ s (recruiter/s) will coordinate with Client's HR team for operational purposes and recruitment activities.
Compensations : 5 to 6 lakhs plus handsome incentives ( performance based )
