Job Title: Online Tuition Teacher – CBSE/ICSE (Class 11 & 12)

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and experienced online tutors to teach students of Classes 11 and 12 (CBSE & ICSE) in the subjects of Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. You will deliver interactive and concept-based online sessions and provide academic support to help students excel in board exams and competitive exams (NEET/JEE).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-based online classes using digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Plan and design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with CBSE/ICSE syllabus.
• Clarify doubts in real-time or through follow-up sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Prepare students for board exams, school assessments, and entrance exams (if applicable).
• Maintain regular communication with parents (if required).
• Stay updated with the latest changes in curriculum and exam patterns.
• Use digital tools like whiteboards, screen sharing, PDFs, and recorded lessons.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Tech/M.Tech, or equivalent)
• B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in teaching Classes 11 and 12 (online or offline).
• Strong subject knowledge of CBSE and ICSE syllabus.
• Familiarity with competitive exam syllabus (JEE/NEET) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus).
• Ability to teach using digital tools and online platforms.
• Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone.
• Digital pen & tablet (preferred for teaching science/maths subjects).
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly or monthly pay (based on experience and number of classes).
• Incentives based on student performance and feedback.
• Flexible working hours.

Work Schedule

• Flexible slots – mornings, evenings, weekends (depending on teacher’s and students’ availability).
• Minimum commitment: 6–10 hours/week (can vary).

Subjects Specific Expectations Chemistry

• Deep knowledge of Organic, Inorganic & Physical Chemistry.
• Concept clarity and numerical problem-solving skills.

Biology

• Strong understanding of Human Physiology, Genetics, Botany, Zoology.
• Ability to explain diagrams and processes visually.

Mathematics

• Expertise in Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, Vectors, Probability, etc.
• Emphasis on conceptual clarity and problem-solving techniques.

Physics

• Strong in Mechanics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics.
• Should simplify numericals and derivations for conceptual understanding.
