Key Responsibilities

• Conduct subject-specific teacher training sessions for instrucko’s educators teaching Science to Grade 10 students.
• Simplify and explain Science concepts and teaching strategies clearly.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Deliver training workshops for school teachers and educators.
• Support in developing training content, assessment rubrics, and performance checklists.
• Ensure alignment with instrucko’s pedagogy and quality standards.

The Training Will Consist Of

• Chapter-wise weightage based on the syllabus blueprint for Grade 10 Science.
• Teaching approaches for every chapter or group of chapters with effective time management techniques.
• Strategies to teach students of varying competencies, supported by time management practices.
• Planning and integrating revision sessions and practice worksheets for each chapter.
• Curriculum planning by the trainer for effective alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in teacher training or instructional coaching (EdTech or school-based).
• Strong subject knowledge in Science for Grade 10.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of pedagogical methods and different learning styles.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and delivering virtual sessions.
• Self-driven, organised, and able to independently manage contract-based work.
