Roles and Responsibilities Calling assigned leads daily Working on speaking in the local language to convince customers to buy Renewals and upselling Managing customer relations Making reports and following up Achieving sales targets Implementing new sales plans Maintaining relationships with important clients Renewals and up-selling to existing clients Desired Candidate Profile A UG/Master's degree 2–3 years experience in Telesales, preferably in EdTech companies Understanding and use of CRMs and Diallers Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures Strong work ethic and personal initiative Work Place and Timings: The office is located in Sector 58, Noida, and the timings will be Monday–Saturday (10 AM–7 PM) with alternate Saturdays off.
