Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Online Reputation Manager based in Gurugram, India. The Online Reputation Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's online presence, handling customer feedback, executing e-commerce and sales strategies, and utilizing web analytics to optimize performance. Key duties include responding to customer inquiries, managing online reviews, and developing strategies to maintain a positive online reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ORM Activities
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant experience or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
