Performance Process Design Develop a clear, easy-to-understand appraisal process suitable for a fast-growing SMB setup. Work with department heads to define role-wise KPIs, KRAs, and evaluation parameters for both IT and Sales roles. Create goal sheets, review templates, and scoring formats (Excel or Google Sheets-based). 2. Appraisal Execution Plan and conduct half-yearly and annual appraisal cycles , ensuring all employees complete self-assessments. Coordinate with reporting managers for performance review meetings and rating finalization . Ensure timelines are met and data is properly recorded for payroll and increment discussions. 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting Maintain simple performance dashboards using Excel or shared trackers to monitor employee progress. Track top performers, average performers, and areas requiring improvement. Prepare periodic reports for management highlighting key performance trends and recommendations. 4. Feedback & Communication Guide managers on how to give constructive feedback and handle performance discussions effectively. Encourage an open feedback culture to improve transparency and motivation.
