The Online Reputation Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's online presence, handling customer feedback, executing e-commerce and sales strategies, and utilizing web analytics to optimize performance. Key duties include responding to customer inquiries, managing online reviews, and developing strategies to maintain a positive online reputation. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in ORM Activities Proficiency in Web Analytics Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Relevant experience or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
