We are Hiring – Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to Direct Messages (DMs), comments, and reviews on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Reply to Google reviews and website reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and respond to reviews and queries on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications with customers.
  • Escalate any critical issues to the concerned team in a timely manner.
  • Generate regular reports on customer feedback and overall brand reputation.


Requirements:

  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online review management.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Social Media Management, or ORM is a plus.
