Job Description

Role Overview: As an Online Reputation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage the online presence of the company and its clients. You will be tasked with content management, reputation analysis, crisis management, SEO and content strategy, engagement strategies, and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed reports on ORM activities and providing actionable insights to the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly monitor various online platforms such as social media, comments, forums, and blogs to track mentions of the company or clients. - Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Address negative feedback constructively and engage with positive comments. - Conduct regular analysis of the company's online reputation and prepare reports on online reviews, social media performance, and sentiment analysis. - Identify and manage potential online reputation crises, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate negative publicity. - Collaborate with the content team to optimize web content and SEO strategies to enhance the online reputation. - Develop and execute engagement strategies to encourage positive online feedback. - Manage social media profiles, ensuring regular and positive engagement with followers. - Monitor competitor activities and online reputation strategies to identify opportunities and threats. - Create detailed reports on ORM activities, results, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and online review sites. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle negative feedback and manage online crises effectively. - Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency in using ORM tools and software. - Creativity and strategic thinking for developing engagement strategies.
