We’re seeking energetic and empathetic Online Public Speaking & Communication Teachers to join our growing team. You will teach Grades 3 to 6 in 1:1 live sessions using Codingal’s curriculum and interactive tools, empowering students to become confident communicators. If you’re passionate about helping young learners express themselves clearly and confidently, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging 45-minute 1:1 online lessons on Public Speaking & Communication to Grades 3-6, following Codingal's curriculum.  
  • Conduct trial/demo classes to showcase course value and personalize learning approaches.  
  • Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents, emphasizing encouragement and empathy.  
  • Promote interactive speaking activities, quizzes, and encourage continuous learning within the course framework.  
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and the teaching team to enhance lesson delivery and adapt to diverse student needs.
  • Conduct extra classes such as doubt clearing classes, PTM.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, highly preferable Master’s in Linguistics or related fields.  
  • At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in public speaking, spoken English, or communication skills training
  • Strong empathy and ability to encourage shy or hesitant students without being harsh—this is critical. 
  • Accent-neutral English with excellent voice modulation and high energy for engaging young students
  • Tech-savvy to confidently use Zoom, PPT, quizzes, and other online tools.

Earning:


  • Revenue share:

    30% of the net course class fee paid by your students

  • Course classes follow a revenue-sharing model

    (30% of students' net fee)

    with a Minimum Guarantee per class, so teachers always receive the higher of revenue share or the guaranteed minimum.
  • The minimum guarantee ranges from INR 200 to INR 400 per class, depending on the student's grade, region and teacher's experience.
  • First 6 months, an additional

    Monthly Minimum Guarantee

    up to ₹16,000 provides income stability while you build your schedule and student base.
  • The minimum guarantee protects teachers’ earnings when student fees are lower or classes are offered at a discounted rate.
  • The revenue-share percentage rewards teachers proportionally when students pay higher fees.
  • Student Retention Incentive rewards long-term engagement by applying per-student revenue share bonuses (4% after 24 classes, 8% after 48 classes and so on up to 14% after 144+ classes), boosting earnings on every future class.
  • Bonuses compound as students complete more classes with you (e.g., 8% on 50 classes lifts ₹250/class to ₹270; 10% on 75 classes lifts ₹300 to ₹330)
  • Besides the above, additional incentives include rewards for converting trial students (with +10% revenue share boost on their future classes), maintaining 30%+ conversion rates (+5% bonus per trial), night shift classes (10% extra for trials, ₹75 fixed for courses), weekend classes (10% for trials, 5% for courses), referring students/teachers (₹1,600–₹3,200), and handling multiple students in one trial (N × base payout).



The top 50% of teachers earn over ₹50,000 monthly.

The top 10% of teachers earn over ₹1,00,000 monthly.


Work Schedule:

  • Minimum 2-5 hours daily (approx. 45 mins per class) scheduled flexibly.
  • Must be available for demos, onboarding, and training sessions within a 2-week hiring timeline.
