Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and customer research using surveys and online tools.

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to produce actionable insights and reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes through research and data insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

• Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask across research, data analysis, and chat support.

• Prior experience in research, analytics, or customer support is preferred.

*Preference: Experience in chat process*.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹165,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per year
