Job Opening: Female Telecaller (English) – Night Shift

We are actively hiring Recruitment Process Executives to support our night shift hiring operations. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for international clients or in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with the HR team to meet recruitment targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work night shifts (mandatory)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools
• Minimum Qualification: [Graduate or 12th Pass – based on your preference]

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
