Role Overview: As a Web Associate, your primary responsibility will be to manage daily online operations efficiently. This includes tasks such as stock analysis, order processing, dispatch scheduling, and customer communication. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of these operations. You should also be well-versed in handling social media inquiries on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze product stock levels regularly to ensure optimal inventory management. - Coordinate order packing and schedule dispatches in a timely manner. - Manage shipments and tracking using Shiprocket or other courier platforms effectively. - Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and deliveries for streamlined operations. - Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries on Instagram and Facebook. - Collaborate with the sales and operations team to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. - Assist in updating the website and managing product listings as needed. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or related roles. - Hands-on experience with Shiprocket is essential for this role. - Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. - Basic computer skills and keen attention to detail are necessary. - Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
