Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    • Develop and implement a

      lead generation system from scratch

      (Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, Behance, Truelancer, etc.).
    • Optimize conversion funnels and nurture leads through CRM and automation tools.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing

    • Oversee

      website SEO

      to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
    • Manage and optimize the

      companys LinkedIn presence

      for branding and lead generation.
    • Plan and execute

      paid ad campaigns

      (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media).
  • Team Leadership & Growth

    • Take ownership of the online marketing & lead generation function.
    • Hire, train, and scale a high-performing digital marketing & lead generation team.
    • Track KPIs and optimize strategies to maximize

      ROI on marketing efforts

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation & online marketing

    (B2B, preferably in e-learning, content, or education-related sectors).
  • Hands-on experience with

    SEO, LinkedIn marketing, bulk email outreach, paid ads, and freelancer platforms

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics

    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset can set up and scale a high-performing lead generation function.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive measurable results.
