Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and confident female Marketing Executive who will be responsible for telemarketing operations, lead generation, and assisting in the conversion of potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in understanding customer needs, and be aware of current market trends. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce STAR BOTTLES’ products and services. Generate and qualify new leads through telephonic communication and digital inquiries. Convert website leads into actionable sales opportunities and coordinate with the Sales Department for follow-up and closure. Maintain and update a comprehensive customer data bank (CRM or Excel-based). Conduct periodic follow-ups with leads and prospects. Research and report on the latest trends in the bottles and packaging industry to support marketing strategy. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and improve lead conversion. Handle basic customer queries and route specific inquiries to relevant departments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Female candidates preferred. Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related marketing role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language(s). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets. What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives.
