Job Description

You will be responsible for online bidding to bring various service-related projects for the company. As an Online Bidder, you will manage online profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others. Your key responsibilities include having 3-4 years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps projects, or any CRM, ERP System & closing through online bidding platforms. You will interact with the internal Technical team to obtain project estimates and develop proposals for submission to clients. Your role will involve conducting functional analysis of client web development IT project requirements, creating detailed requirement documentation, obtaining client approval, and providing effort estimation. Your goal will be to secure project awards for the company. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with lead generation and prospect management through various online bidding platforms is essential. A BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field, along with industry-standard experience, is required. This position is based in Sector-44, Gurugram, HR.,
