Add Min Webworld is a growing IT services and solutions provider. We specialize in delivering quality web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and custom software solutions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to business growth by generating leads through online platforms

.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate business opportunities from online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, PPH, etc.
• Write effective proposals, customized as per client requirements, to secure projects.
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Work closely with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track, manage, and report bidding activity and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to draft professional and customized proposals.
• Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
