We are looking for experienced Online Bidders to generate business opportunities for UI/UX Design, Web Development, App Development, and Branding projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork and other major freelance portals, along with excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Business development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposals and negotiation with International Clients.
• Technical communications with prospects in the Application & software development domain.
• Write compelling project proposals, cover letters, and business messages tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to attend customers' specific needs.
• Customers follow up and expectations management.
• Proven experience in project procuring from online portals
• Proficient in making good business proposal documents

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in bidding on online portals.
• Identify and bid on relevant design & development projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, Behance, etc.
• Excellent client communication skills verbal and written.
• Tech savvy person. Ability to understand technicality of software development cycle
• An autonomous, results-oriented person with focus, perseverance, determination, and energy.
• Strong writing and comprehension skills for preparing proposals and technical messages.
