Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design, development, and deployment of onstream applications.
Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
Review and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Participate in design reviews, project planning, and delivery estimation.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong experience in [Specify Onstream Technologies, e.g., Sybase, Oracle, Java, etc.].
Hands-on expertise in full lifecycle software development.
Experience in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
