Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex oncological surgeries with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and best clinical outcomes across different cancer types
• Evaluate patients through detailed clinical assessments, imaging, and diagnostic reports to determine surgical feasibility and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and nursing teams to provide integrated cancer care
• Develop individualized surgical strategies aligned with established oncology protocols and patient-specific needs
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative counseling to patients and families, clearly explaining procedures, risks, and recovery expectations
• Manage post-operative care, monitor recovery, and address complications promptly to ensure optimal healing and patient comfort
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical discussions, and case reviews to enhance treatment quality and decision-making
• Maintain accurate medical records, surgical documentation, and compliance with clinical and ethical standards
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncological surgery, techniques, and treatment guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality standards
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A qualified Onco Surgeon with formal training and specialization in Oncology / Oncosurgery
• Proven experience in managing and performing oncological surgeries across a range of cancer cases
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure environments
• Deep understanding of oncology protocols, surgical advancements, and patient safety practices
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• A compassionate, patient-first mindset with a commitment to ethical and empathetic care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting while also demonstrating leadership in surgical decision-making
• Willingness to practice full-time in Raipur and Bilaspur, contributing to the growth of oncology services in the region
