Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist Manager at Dot Media in Mumbai. The Artist Manager is responsible for overseeing the careers of artists, ensuring their professional growth and success. They manage schedules, secure brand collaborations, negotiate contracts, and handle media and promotional activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture new artist talent, aligning them with the agency’s vision and standards.
• Secure collaborations with brands, agencies, and media platforms to enhance artist visibility and drive revenue.
• Lead the execution of brand campaigns and collaborations, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality output.
• Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of artists, ensuring favorable terms and long-term relationships.
• Plan and oversee promotional activities, media appearances, and campaign rollouts in partnership with PR and marketing teams.
• Manage artist schedules across shoots, events, meetings, and commitments.
• Monitor campaign budgets, revenue streams, and associated expenses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.
• Handle challenges and crisis situations, ensuring the artist’s reputation and interests are protected.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience required in artist management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
