On Site Engineer

Job Title On‑Site Engineer (Civil / Construction / Project Engineer) About the Role We are seeking a proactive On‑Site Engineer who will oversee daily on‑site operations, liaise with multiple stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of our projects. This role requires regular travel between project locations, so candidates must have their own bike. Key Responsibilities 🚧 Supervise and manage on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and schedules. Inspect work quality and report progress, delays, changes, and material usage through structured reporting. Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, maps, and geotechnical data. Liaise with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, architects, and clients to coordinate timely execution. Maintain site logs, daily diaries, quality-control documents, material inspection reports, ITPs, and other documentation. Assist in estimating operation and material costs; support budget tracking and identify cost-saving measures. Provide hands-on technical support and problem resolution to field staff. Coordinate resource and material procurement, ensuring compliance with project schedules. Ensure robust health, safety, and environmental compliance on site, including conducting inspections and promoting safe work culture.
