On-Field Sales Executive

🔍 About the Role: We’re looking for energetic and street-smart field sales executives to onboard local sellers from categories like kirana stores, fruit/vegetable vendors, dairies, and small restaurants. If you enjoy being on the ground, interacting with shop owners, and driving conversions, this role is for you. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit local shops/vendors in your assigned area Pitch the digital onboarding opportunity and explain its benefits Convert leads into onboarded sellers – complete KYC, collect business information, and assist in the signup process Ensure seller onboarding is smooth and they are ready to start receiving orders Share daily updates, leads, and conversion reports with the central team ✅ Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or FMCG channel sales Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Strong communication skills in Hindi; local dialect is a plus Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented Comfortable working with targets and field travel 💰 What We Offer: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Fuel and mobile allowance Opportunity to grow with a high-paced, early-stage team
