As we scale, we are looking for energetic, creative, and ambitious individuals to join our on-field marketing team.

Role Overview

As an On-Field Marketing Executive, you will be the face of Mangwale on the ground interacting directly with vendors, riders, and customers. Your role is to drive vendor onboarding, engage customers in local markets, execute creative campaigns, and ensure Mangwale’s presence is strongly felt across Nashik.

This is a high-energy role for self-starters who love being on the move, building relationships, and growing a vibrant brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with vendors, riders, and customers in local markets to promote Mangwale.
• Execute on-field marketing campaigns, events, and activations.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, banners, merchandise) strategically in high-footfall areas.
• Assist in onboarding vendors and explaining Mangwale’s zero-commission subscription model.
• Collect real-time feedback from vendors and customers to improve services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local store owners and market associations.
• Track and report field activities, campaign performance, and lead conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand promotions (freshers with great energy are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with diverse people.
• Familiarity with Nashik markets and local business culture is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
