Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor operation and maintenance activities of the assigned facilities (e.g., water supply, electrical systems, transportation assets, industrial plants).
Lead a team of technicians and engineers to ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and maintenance schedules.
Monitor system performance, track key operational metrics, and initiate improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for specialized maintenance and spare part procurement.
Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage documentation related to maintenance records, inspections, reports, and audits.
Prepare and manage O&M budgets, track expenditures, and optimize cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot critical equipment issues and coordinate quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Support lifecycle management strategies including refurbishment, upgrades, or replacements.
Participate in asset handover, performance testing, and final acceptance processes in new projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in O&M of infrastructure, utilities, or industrial systems.
Strong understanding of equipment lifecycle, O&M best practices, and asset management.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards relevant to the industry.
