Job Overview:

HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for an experienced Ointment Manufacturing Specialist in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
This role involves overseeing the formulation, production, and quality control of ointments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company values If you have expertise in ointment manufacturing and are passionate about skincare and cosmetics, we d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the formulation and production process of ointments as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Operate and maintain equipment such as mixers, homogenizers, and filling machines Ensure the consistency, stability, and quality of ointments through regular testing and analysis Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to enhance formulations and address production challenges Maintain proper documentation of batch records, SOPs, and compliance reports Train and supervise production staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols Conduct quality control checks to meet company and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Expertise in ointment formulation and production processes
Knowledge of emulsifiers, preservatives, and active ingredients in topical formulations Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and optimize production efficiency Proficiency in handling manufacturing equipment and process automation

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and documentation abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Education & Experience:

Required: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred: 2-5 years of experience in ointment manufacturing, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry
