Experience:

5 yearsWe are looking for an experienced

Recruiter with Oil & Gas industry hiring experience

to support recruitment for clients across the

GCC region

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical Oil & Gas positions.
Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on GCC project requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth selection process.
Maintain candidate pipeline for drilling, maintenance, EPC, offshore/onshore roles.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience specifically in Oil & Gas.
Proven experience hiring for EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, Offshore/Onshore roles.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
