Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a good background in Data Analytics & Data Engineering to lead and manage Digital Analytics or Data Activation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end digital analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets,and manage resources effectively.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to provide actionable insights.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and project management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital analytics or a related field.
Strong understanding of data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
