Offshore Immigration Support Specialist

As an Offshore Immigration Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with immigration documentation, tracking visa statuses, and ensuring compliance support for employees based in the United States. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in working closely with onshore HR, legal, and external immigration counsel to streamline immigration processes effectively. - Coordinate with onshore immigration/legal teams and employees to gather documentation for various visa categories such as H-1B, H-4, L1, F1, OPT, STEM, and Green Card processing. - Maintain and update visa status tracking sheets regularly, ensuring timely alerts for renewals, expirations, or changes in immigration status. - Ensure compliance with immigration policies by maintaining organized records for internal reviews and audits. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to immigration tasks like LCA posting, public access files, and I-9 documentation review. - Schedule calls and facilitate discussions between employees, legal teams, and HR regarding immigration matters. - Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data integrity. - Generate and present periodic reports and dashboards to internal leadership and HR teams for monitoring immigration status and workflows. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration coordination or HR operations, preferably focusing on US immigration processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting/dashboard tools. - Familiarity with US immigration categories and terminology (e.g., H-1B, I-129, LCA, PERM, I-140, etc.) is highly advantageous. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across different time zones.,
