Role & responsibilities

Should have knowledge of SAP,Excel and team management.
Exhibits push to Copack in terms of achievening the business objective - Week and month plan relaesed.
Daily plan alignement with production planner in view of any major machine breakdown / manpower issue or any SFG Shortage.
Daily and Monthly Plan Vs Actual Report to be published/ Line wise Manpower utilization report to be published.
Ensure PM availability against weekly plan to avoid any loss of production by liasioning with Purchase team as and when the week plan is relaesed.Three days stock deficiency report to be circulated to purchase.
100% accuracy for month end stock take activity ensuring all last run Production cases inventories are alinged for consumption along with Plant Planner . PID to be done for stock take and as and when required. Every month all positive PID's to be mentioned and circulate ( Running Excel).
Ensure Weekly Copack meeting with Plant planner and Supply Chain lead for weekly stock review .
Ensure that Daily Report of Broken Laddi Packing and Compliance to be sent by FM team.
Day wise Promo production plan to be taken care and ensure delivery against the same in plant/ Backflush should happen.
Drive Monthy Operation Meeting with Copacker on Quality and Delivery Compliances/ Issues like Interchange cartons and Short SFG befor Stock take and share MOM. Time motion study of any new product to be taken care.
