Identify and evaluate multiple lead generation channels (e.g., Indiamart, website, social media) to source quality leads. Nurture leads throughout the sales cyclefrom initial contact to closing deals—ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion. Manage and grow the existing client base by maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Conduct occasional field visits to key accounts to strengthen relationships, understand client needs, and identify upselling opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to inform decision-making. Handle various softwares like CRM and ERP for data management.
