Responsibilities: - Corporate action Notification and Asset servicing process - Perform trend analysis and identify root causes for issues, then suggest or implement solutions based on the analysis - Collaborate with global teams to ensure data quality is improved - Deliver high-level customer service to internal stakeholders - Lead ad-hoc projects from start to finish - Provide measurable metrics to Management - Assess risks appropriately in business decisions, with a focus on compliance and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - Experience in managing various data remediation work streams Projects - Knowledge of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment - Ability to take ownership of allocated work and be accountable - Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary - Financial services related qualifications Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience In addition to the above job description, Citigroup values accessibility and diversity.
