Role Overview: As a Reference Data Services Analyst 1 at our company, you will be a trainee professional expected to have a good knowledge of Corporate Action and Asset servicing procedures and systems. You will be required to carry out assigned tasks with a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles. Key Responsibilities: - Corporate action Notification and Asset servicing process - Perform trend analysis and identify root causes, implementing or suggesting solutions based on the analysis - Liaise with other global teams to ensure data quality is remediated - Provide high-level customer service to internal stakeholders - Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion - Provide tangible metrics to Management - Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, with a focus on compliance with laws, rules, and regulations Qualifications: - Experience in managing various data remediation work streams projects - Knowledge of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment - Ability to take ownership of allocated work and be accountable - Skill in identifying and troubleshooting issues, with a readiness to escalate - Financial services-related qualifications Please note that the company's Job Family Group is Operations - Services, and the Job Family is Reference Data Services.
