Role

Officer- Marketing

Tele-calling and Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on set criteria and ensure the quality of leads passed on to the sales team.
Customer Engagement:
Attend inbound calls from paint customers, understand their needs, and pitch the relevant offerings.
Follow-ups:
Make follow-up calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on call activities, lead status, and sales progress to the marketing manager.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication (Hindi and English mandatory) skills with a clear and persuasive voice.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
