Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Officer Kaizen at UNI-DESIGN. The Officer Kaizen will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing processes, and implementing sustainable practices. This role is located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement
Knowledge of Kaizen philosophy and sustainable practices
Project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of jewellery industry or manufacturing processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
