Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Ubuntu) and standard applications
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person, remotely, or via phone/email
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory
Set up and maintain workstations, including imaging and deployment
Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation regularly
Collaborate with other IT teams for escalated issues and project deployments
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi issues)
Monitor and report network performance and connectivity issues
Support configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls under supervision
Maintain IP address documentation and assist with DHCP/DNS configurations
Collaborate with network administrators on escalated issues and infrastructure upgrades
