Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer located in Anand. The Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day farm operations, monitoring egg production, and ensuring quality control. They will provide technical and veterinary advisory support to farmers, assist with data collection and analysis, and ensure adherence to Eggoz's standards and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with the supply chain and retail teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality eggs to the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in farm management, poultry farming, or agriculture
• Technical and veterinary advisory skills
• Data collection and analysis skills
• Quality control and assurance experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or related field
• Experience in using technology and real-time monitoring systems
