Job Description

As the leading bank in Asia, you will work within DBS Consumer Banking Group to assist customers in realizing their dreams and ambitions across a network of approximately 500 branches. Being a market leader in consumer banking, DBS offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans to support customers at every stage of life. Your primary objective will be to achieve exceptional volume and revenue performance by engaging with DBS clients who have assets under management (AUM) of INR 1 million or more. This will involve adopting a need-based approach to acquire and engage clients while ensuring coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and upselling DBS products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and service levels through proactive client engagement and relationship management, in collaboration with internal teams. Key responsibilities include acquiring and upgrading quality clients to the Treasures segment, deepening wallet share of existing customers, achieving monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives, activating e-Channels, implementing product strategies, building client trust and loyalty, optimizing product mix for customer profitability, delivering exemplary customer service, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service delivery through appropriate workflows and processes. In your role, you will establish, manage, and grow the AUM of mapped client segments, possess comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, collaborate with colleagues and specialists, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote DBS as the primary banker for clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable bank with proficiency in banking products, in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition, and certifications such as AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, and BCSBI. A graduate degree is required for this full-time position based in Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Your role will primarily focus on relationship management, where you will work towards achieving common team and branch objectives while upholding DBS service standards and regulatory compliance.,
