Officer - Administration

Role Overview: As an Administration Officer with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing plant-level administrative operations, including canteen management, security supervision, employee transport coordination, CCTV monitoring, and visitor handling. Your role will involve supporting procurement processes, managing cab and hotel bookings, and ensuring compliance with plant safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the plant canteen, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely service. - Supervise security personnel, maintain visitors logs, and conduct audits of security systems. - Plan and manage transport routes and schedules for employees, liaising with transport vendors. - Monitor CCTV systems, coordinate maintenance and data backup, and ensure compliance with privacy norms. - Handle cab bookings, maintain records, and ensure timely availability and coordination with drivers. - Manage internal and external visitor protocols, issue visitor passes, and coordinate hospitality arrangements. - Arrange hotel accommodation, negotiate corporate rates, and ensure timely bookings. - Assist in raising PRs for admin-related items, coordinate with procurement and vendors, and maintain inventory. - Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment, coordinate with the safety team, and support emergency preparedness.
