Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - **Financial Excellence:** - Effectively negotiate with vendors to minimize costs while maintaining quality output. - Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks within the negotiated budget. - Reduce costs by efficiently maintaining electrical accessories, air conditioning, and other facilities. - Analyze and negotiate annual maintenance services to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure timely renewal and compliance of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) across all establishments. - Oversee asset and facility management to comply with insurance policies and license agreements. - **Operational Excellence:** - Monitor the performance of security, housekeeping, and canteen service providers to maintain quality standards. - Supervise office boys, drivers, and security staff, including duty allocations and performance tracking. - Manage company-owned assets like vehicles, water dispensers, vending machines, and telecom systems. - Ensure seamless functioning of office facilities and logistical support for events and conferences. - Plan and execute essential services" renewals and maintenance for smooth operations. - **People/Customer Excellence:** - Coordinate with employees and guest houses to address their needs effectively. - Resolve queries in accordance with company policies and timelines. - Provide training to housekeeping staff, office boys, and guest house caretakers. - Facilitate recruitment and retention of guest house caretakers and support staff. - Ensure hassle-free services for employees, including transportation and food. - Monitor canteen food quality and support events to ensure excellent service delivery. - Address employee needs promptly and efficiently.
