Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Staff position located in Indore. The role involves supporting day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, assisting in customer service inquiries, maintaining accounts, and ensuring smooth office functioning. The Office Staff will coordinate with different teams, handle correspondence, and ensure the efficient running of office operations.

Qualifications

Proficient in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Skilled in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to maintain organized and efficient office operations.
Basic Accounting knowledge and experience in maintaining accurate financial records and handling transactions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with office software and tools such as MS Office Suite is preferred.
