Role Overview

We are seeking a presentable and professional office receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess basic computer skills, and have prior experience in a similar role. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Answering and directing phone calls efficiently
  • Managing appointments and maintaining the reception area
  • Handling basic administrative tasks using computer applications
  • Supporting office staff and assisting with routine office duties

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Pleasant and presentable demeanor

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

    : 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Saturday

    : 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
