Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
Record visitor information, maintain the visitor logbook, and ensure security by following safety protocols and issuing visitor badges.
Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-presented reception area with all required stationery and materials.
Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness throughout the workplace.
Prepare and manage incoming/outgoing mail, messages, and courier deliveries.

Requirements:

Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
Looking for a well-presented, professional, and responsible individual.
Good communication and basic computer skills are preferred.

Experience: 0.6 to 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
