Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
  • Record visitor information, maintain the visitor logbook, and ensure security by following safety protocols and issuing visitor badges.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and well-presented reception area with all required stationery and materials.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness throughout the workplace.
  • Prepare and manage incoming/outgoing mail, messages, and courier deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
