Job Description

Office organization and efficiency:
Organize office operations, procedures, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.
Manage common areas, handle correspondence, and oversee filing systems.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment.
Administrative support:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle administrative tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and preparing reports.
Financial management:
Oversee office budgets and expenses.
Manage vendor relationships and handle invoices.
Process payroll and maintain employee records.
Staff and team management:
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks.
Assist with staff development, training, and appraisals.
Foster a positive team atmosphere and mediate conflicts.
Communication and problem-solving:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
Address and resolve issues with clients and staff.
Keep management informed of office performance and needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
