Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with currency exchange queries.
• Coordinate daily office operations and support the forex sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of forex transactions and customer documentation.
• Handle KYC, invoice generation, customer forms, and filing.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and company policies.
• Assist with cash handling and maintain daily transaction reports.
• Follow up with clients for documentation and payments.
• Manage office inventory, stationery, and ensure office upkeep.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain customer lists, leads, and daily MIS updates.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and provide timely responses.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of forex processes (training can be provided).
• Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to multitask and manage office operations smoothly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service–oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field.
• Experience in finance, banking, or forex operations is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Qualification Preferred: Graduation or above
