Coordinate daily office operations and support the forex sales team. Maintain accurate records of forex transactions and customer documentation. Handle KYC, invoice generation, customer forms, and filing. Ensure compliance with RBI and company policies. Assist with cash handling and maintain daily transaction reports. Follow up with clients for documentation and payments. Manage office inventory, stationery, and ensure office upkeep. Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain customer lists, leads, and daily MIS updates. Handle incoming calls, emails, and provide timely responses. Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
