Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Rajkot. The Office Coordinator will handle administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations, including managing schedules, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, answering calls with professionalism, and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and managing Office Equipment
  • Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
