Job Description

As an Office Coordinator/Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal operations and providing excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering and resolving client support calls & emails with a positive attitude. - Tracking and managing leads from marketing campaigns. - Coordinating with the sales team to nurture and convert leads. - Managing employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. - Supporting recruitment by scheduling interviews and assisting onboarding. - Ensuring smooth daily operations and office supplies management. - Preparing and sending invoices to clients. - Managing petty cash and office expenses. - Coordinating with the accountant for monthly reports and compliance tasks. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Business, or Administration (preferred). - Have at least 3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles. - Be fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written). - Be proficient with MS Office, email tools, and CRM. - Be friendly, reliable, and good at multitasking. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift work location in person.,
