About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Documentation & Office Support Executive to oversee document handling, office coordination, and record maintenance processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting administrative functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain physical and digital records in an organized and secure manner. Oversee document management, filing, and record maintenance systems. Handle information management and office coordination tasks to support various departments. Maintain office operations by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Prepare, organize, and update documents, reports, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with office policies, recordkeeping standards, and administrative guidelines. Support clerical and administrative duties, including scheduling, communication, and logistics. Assist in office management and daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
